Stone Steady BL – The Steady has been a mainstay in DGA’s lineup for a long time and recently they released the headless BL version. The beadless version feels great in the hand and allows for players that don’t like a bead to get a nice clean release. Previously only released in D-line plastic the Steady BL Stone is here for those that love the stiff plastic for putting. The Stone Steady BL is such a good feeling disc that likes to fly straight and gets plenty of glide. This is one of the straightest putters around and it has an extremely good feel. When thrown off the tee they hold a really straight line before they eventually break in and start becoming floppy. It is a great feeling and flying disc that a lot of people will enjoy. DGA says this about the mold: “The DGA Steady BL putt and approach disc pays homage to the father of disc golf and DGA’s founder Ed Headrick who got his nickname from his steady hand and putting prowess. The Steady BL (beadless) has many of the same flight characteristics of the original Steady with the addition of a smooth beadless bottom edge. At low speeds, the Steady BL putter has a hyzer finish and with added speed, the putter provides a steady straight flight path. This putter feels great in the hand and will be a perfect fit for those looking for that smooth feel and clean release that this beadless putter offers.”

Straightest disc I throw off the tee. I like the hand feel while putting.
Great disc
Prefer this putter in hard plastic. Rubber blend is to personally to gummy for me when putting longer distances. Somewhat slippery texture when wet.
Comfortable and a nice hard feel, grabs the chains nicely, and great for full throws as well.
Rated it a 4 only because the rim was way too deep for me. Made it a bit uncomfortable for me. I like a shallower rim like a zone.

These babies came banging birdies right out of the box. I’ve been putting with P2’s for 2 years and I can’t stand the availability this past year so made the switch to the Steady BL in stone plastic. Practically the same flight, at least for putting and a tad more glide
