Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $3.95 flat rate shipping (free for orders over $75) to the United States.
Domestic Delivery Estimate: 2-5 Business Days

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 255 E Alpine Ave, Stockton, CA 95204. After placing your order and receiving your order confirmation, your order will be available for in-store pickup. Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00am-4:30pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The free shipping threshold and coupons do not apply to international orders.
International Delivery Estimate: 8-30 Business Days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Only the Best Discs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
