Origio Burst Anvil – The Anvil is an overstable midrange that is perfect for forehands, headwind shots, and flex shots. The low profile feel is perfect for all types of grips and hand sizes. This is a really useful overstable midrange that can be used to shape a ton of lines. The Origio Burst plastic is great for beating in and sticking next to the basket. The perfect disc for that utility spot in your bag. Grab an Origio Anvil today!
Westside Discs says this about the mold: “When the wind is up and you need an overstable approach disc, look no further than the Anvil. The Anvil has good speed for a midrange with even more overstability than the Bard. If turning isn’t an option, reach for the Anvil.”

Lovely overstable compliment to the harp. Origio plastic is very stiff and I like that for my FH.
This is the approach disc I’ve been looking for. It is very flat and shallow and gives me clean releases on my forehand. I was having trouble with the deeper Tactic and Harp. On backhand it instantly starts hooking and you can expect a big skip when thrown hard.
Plenty overstable for me, good for little flex shots when I want the disc to sit, or for hyzers around obstacles.
Not as overstable as expected
