Nexus Alien – The Innova Champion Discs Alien is one of the most unique discs in the game. Probably the most unique midrange currently in any disc golf manufacturers lineup, definitely the most unique in Innova’s lineup. With a top that resembles a Sonic or a fastback, old school frisbee throwers will love the feel. While the Innova Sonic is a glidey, understable approach disc, the Alien is fairly stable. You can crush into it without it flipping over and it will have a touch of fade at the end of the flight. The Nexus Alien is a great disc and it comes in the Innova Discs Nexus plastic that has a ton of grip and plenty of durability for a baseline plastic. It will hold up to lots of rounds without losing stability. Make sure you test out the Innova Nexus Alien and take your game to outer space.
Innova says this about the most unique midrange in the game: “Top like a Sonic, rim like a mid-range. Surprisingly stable. Unique in both look and feel, its top resembles a Sonic, its rim is like a mid-range. Its flight is surprisingly stable, maybe a tad overstable. The Alien thrives in a universe of spin putts, approach shots, and short-range drives.”

Bought this disc for fun, but haven’t gotten a chance to throw it much. Seems stable as advertised and feels pretty soft (rubbery).
Great approach
Order a nexus and got a star. Disc is strange, put it in the bag for one round and took it out after that. Not for me.
Flies super straight
Low glide and pretty low glide but straight to stable. Good putter-mid tweeter
Weird disc that feels oddly comfortable in the hand. Fun to mess around with
Nexus plastic feels great in the hand. Straighter than the Star counterpart. Holds a line and has a more gentle fade that it’s Star counterpart as well
