Here is what Thought Space says about the mold: “The Mantra is Thought Space Athletics first fairway driver of our new disc line. With flight numbers of 9/5/-2/2, the average player will find it to be easily controllable with the ability to shape lines with it and get effortless distance. More advanced players will find the mantra to be a great hyzer flip disc or perfect for rollers.”

  1. This is my favorite run of the Mantra. I’ve thrown it in every single plastic it’s come out in except the Nebula Ethereal (hated the colors on most of them personally, seemed like they’d get lost easily).

This is the most domey run of Mantras I own/throw. It makes them a bit more understable, but also means if you give it enough height, potentially the farthest-flying Mantras. They fly the farthest out of all the ones I own anyway.

I’d probably give it more 9, 6, -2.5 or -3, 1 for the flight numbers. Great for hyzer-flips, or for long BH turnover shots. Depending on the wind, you can get a nice turnover almost throwing it flat or with the tiniest bit of hyzer. Lovely disc.

  2. Nice disc

  3. Impulse bought this one and I’m glad I did. This plastic is super grippy for me and I find it very comfortable to throw. It flies true and I get good distance with it even with mediocre arm speed

  4. I’ve got the Mantra in every available plastic, but I had to get another in the Nebula Aura after I saw that sick OTB Space stamp. This flies exactly like the numbers suggest for me. Give it some height and this disc BOMBS. If anything, sometimes it feels like 6.5 or 7 glide.

Throw it on some hyzer and you can get a nice, long, straight hyzer-flip. I don’t use it in the woods as much right now, still working to keep it lower to the ground, but that’s my issue not the disc.

This is also a rare understable disc that feels good to forehand for me. Give it a bit more hyzer than with the backhand and you can get some beautiful hyzer-flips that way too. Works great no matter what dogleg you’re looking at.

Plastic feels amazing, stamp is lovely. If you love the Falk but wish the plastic was more on the stiff side, give one of these a shot!
