Proton Fireball
$15.99
Proton Fireball – One of the best overstable hybrids on the market, the Fireball has a decent amount of forward push before it gets that overstable finish. This mold can handle any headwind and will hyzer every time you throw it. While not as stable as the Motion or the Flare, the Fireball still hyzers plenty and is perfect for those touchy forehand shots. The mold has a really good feel and is generally on the flatter end of the spectrum. The consistency in these discs is amazing and you will almost always get the exact disc you are looking for. Reliable, overstable, and flat you will love this whether you are forehand dominant or backhand dominant. This disc is great for more advanced players and players with bigger arms. Make sure you grab a Proton Fireball today!
Here is what Axiom says about the mold: “The Fireball is overstable and wind-resistant like the MVP Motion but has an overall straighter and longer flight profile. The Fireball has a longer forward push during its early stage of fade, where the Motion would have begun a long gradual fade. At the end of its flight, the Fireball will drop later and more abruptly than the Motion.”

Good grip, super stable
Got this for that meat hook 9 speed slot. Works perfectly especially in proton plastic.
Replaced my FireBird!
No other fairway driver flies like the fireball for me. This is my secret weapon when scrambling in the woods. I can put it on a huge anhyzer and it will still hook up and dump to hyzer.
Great forehand disc for people like me without a clean release. It’s solid beef, so it’s going to go right (RHFH) no matter what. It also help me control distance especially on downhill holes where my Wrath or Tesla might go long.
Disc flies nicely but nothing special. If plastic gets wet and it becomes very difficult to get dry compared to comparable plastics from other brands. Tried Proton, Neutron, and Plasma and all had the same issue.
Would have preferred a slightly heavier disc but selection at 170 was very limited.
Go to beefy forehand shot.
Most overstable/flat topped fireball
Reliable and hard fading disc
