EMac Truth – This disc was made because the standard Truth mold ended up being not quite as Overstable as intended. The story goes like this: Eric McCabe had a stack of only First Run Truths and they fly exactly how he wants them to. The production runs of the Truth came out a bit more Understable than the first runs but he never noticed due to his supply of first runs =P. He was made aware of the difference and they came out with a retooled mold, the EMac Truth! The Truth is a popular enough mold on it’s own so Dynamic Discs did not want to do away with it.
The EMac Truth has a very comfortable Micro Bead rim and a great feel in the hand. The flight of this disc is very straight with a reliable Fade finish. If you like the Truth mold but need a touch more Overstable in your life, try the EMac version! Very similar feel in the hand but a slightly different flight.

It’s a little overstable for me, and takes a little more effort to get a good flight. Plus, the Lucid plastic can be hard to grip in the cold. Still, it’s a good disc for negotiating the woods.

I through the Emac Truth ALOT. It’s definitely my most used disc. I regularly get 280-300 feet of controlled distance, which is about the same distance as my fairway drivers but with much more consistency and control. It’s seriously a cheat code for me.
I have the EMac Truth in Prime, BioFuzion, Lucid, Lucid Ice , and FuzionX. FuzionX is the most domey, most stable and shortest flying ~265ft. Prime is the least stable and gets average distance ~285. Lucid has a little dome and consistently flies the farthest ~295 and has average stability. BioFuzion flies similar to Prime. Lucid Ice seems pretty similar to Lucid but feels gummier.

EMac Truth was exactly what I was looking for. Less flippy than my Truth in Prime which is great. Love it for forehands!
