G-Star Valkyrie – This is one of the more iconic discs in the Innova lineup. The Valkyrie was one of the 5 original CE production discs and is now featured as the queen artwork on Innova’s new playing cards. The G-Star Valkyrie has a very comfortable grip in the hand and an even better flight. A great disc for beginners to learn on or for more advanced players to shape some incredible shots. Great for rollers, hyzer flips, or nice long turnovers, the Valkyrie is sure to find a spot in your bag if given the chance. Thrown by greats such as Juliana Korver and Christian Sandstrom, these discs are super popular and they have a really great feel in the hand. If you need a 9 speed fairway with some turn and a lot of glide, grab a G Star Valk and see how it bombs.
Innova says this about the mold: “In lighter weights gives new players extra distance. Lighter weights also give players extreme range when thrown downwind, while maximum weights can give excellent upwind distance. Consistent flight formation
Threw my Valkerie into the river during a tourney and fell apart the next 4-5 holes. Was very happy to find a replacement at the same weight (and GStar which I prefer) from OTB. Slightly less stable than my original, but truer to the flight numbers than the version I lost.
The DX version was 1 of the first 5 discs I purchased, good stable disc that I find very versatile. Good for a trusty hyper throw with my weak ass arm.
Really useful for controlled s lines when thrown flat. Provides a good bit of distance as well.

The disc had sharp edges on the underside of the rim, but some sandpaper took care of that.

Like snake jazz, smooth and S shaped
I don’t have a ton of power with my backhand so this disc is a go to for me
