SE Fission Crave

(20 customer reviews)

SE Fission Crave – The Axiom Crave is a slow, 6.5 speed, fairway driver that slots perfectly between your mids and traditional fairways. This mold gets plenty of glide and goes really far for a disc of its speed. With a touch of turn and a slow fade back this disc is perfect for dead straight shots. Describe by some as a beat in fairway out of the box, these discs can be crushed on full power or powered down and still  keep a great line. It generally holds any line you put it on and is perfect for carving wooded fairways and open shots alike. The SE Fission Crave is the perfect disc for your bag!

Axiom says this about the mold: ““More, more *CRrruUNCH* … *gurgle* … more.” Inside the monster’s head was simply the urge – drowning out all other thoughts or impulses – the inexorable, impossible to satisfy urge, no … the crave for … MORE! The Fission™ Crave SE from our amazing Art Director Mike Inscho is here for more! Depicting the crave we all feel for disc golf in its most base, glutinous form, this SE is yet another feather in the cap for Mike Inscho. Stunning, eye catching, and delightfully weird, you’ll have a conversation starter with this SE whether it’s in your bag or on your wall!”

  1. new disc for my 9yr old

  2. Received exactly as described and fast. Amazing first experience buying with OTB, will make this my primary source for future discs.

  3. Bought this to try a lighter disc with my backhand as I am a predominantly forehand player and it has definitely helped. I have a little more distance on my backhands with this and I only have to put 70% effort into it. Keeps me accurate without sacrificing distance.

  4. Awesome glide

  5. Fission plastic feels GREAT. Grippy but not sticky, a bit matte, very nice. Also, we’ve got some great glide on this thing. I’ve released it low (too often) but it stays in the air for way longer than I have any right to expect. Still early days with it but I love it (and the stamp is rad, too)!

  6. Great flight integrity with light weight, great entry driver for beginners

  7. Disc looks as good as it flies. Very straight flyer that has a little bit of a finish brand new.

  8. I love the Crave, and it’s awesome in Fission. This is a super easy-to-throw disc, and the Fission lets me get a bit more distance over my Proton Crave at the cost of being more affected by wind. For me it’s a nice straight throw until it fades, then it fades pretty hard. The art on the Special Edition pops with the rainbow foil.

  9. i’ve got craves in every plastic and the fissions are my favorite. 160g for flip-up distance and 172g for more stable flight. otb bringing us the best as usual.

  10. This is a very straight flying disc, with a slight turn.
