Champion Metal Flake Roc3 – The Roc3 is a variation of the flagship Roc mold. There have been many different types of Rocs throughout the years, but this was a great addition. The 3 at the end of the Roc signifies that it is a bit faster than the traditional Roc, also indicated by the 5 speed versus the 4. These Roc3s also tend to be Flatter than their original counterpart. The Roc3 has become a staple in the bag of 4x world champion Paul McBeth and it was his first signature disc.

Innova says this about the mold: “The Roc3 holds a line in a variety of wind conditions and has a predictable fade, making this an ideal ‘Go-To’ Mid-Range in almost any situation. Advanced players will love the versatility of this disc while newer players can rely on the consistent finish.”

  1. Aaron Friedman

Generally, I find that Roc3s are not as overstable as the flight numbers suggest, however on the MF one, the numbers are accurate, and this is an excellent overstable mid.

  2. Hunter B.

I love my MF Roc3. I prefer it in this plastic over all other options because it has a touch more stability than the rest. I can reliably throw it flat and know it will only start to fade once it slows down. If the throw needs to be straight then I am most likely going with this disc before others. Has a nice feel in the hands with a beaded rim.

  3. Randall Rainwater

Amazing midrange, feels great, flys straight with a dependable fade.

  4. Brian

    MF ROC3 is SS!

  5. Virgilio Quintana

These are not as stable as I thought they would be. If thrown hard on some hyzer, flips a little with late turn, then fades. Fun shot to have but wasn’t what I was looking for.
