DGA Rift – brand new to the DGA lineup (Aug. 2019), the Rift is here to be your workhorse Midrange! The Rift is a beadless midrange that should complement the Squall quite well. The Rift will be a touch slower, and have a little bit of flip up/Turn to a nice reliable Fade finish.
The 1st run of the DGA Rift features full size art from John Dorn, who does a lot of great work with DGA.

super straight, slots in between a buzzz and a buzzz ss
THE best neutral midrange on the market. I tried the buzz, but it was too unreliable. I then tried a reactor, but it didn’t turn enough. I tried the hex, but it flew the same as the reactor. Then, I found the rift. Reliable LSS fade with HSS turn that allows for consistent -1,1 flight when thrown flat, but also allows for reliable shot shaping when thrown at different angles. Whenever I have a throw where I could use the rift, I get excited and know exactly what to throw. Go to for woods play as well.
The rift was exactly what I was hoping for, a less stable buzzz out of the box. I received the exact disc I ordered fairly quickly and it’s been a happy addition to my bag
This is the disc that booted the Buzzz out of my bag. Highly underrated, IMO.

I find it good for flat flight with a solid fade finish. Also, very smooth balanced “S” shots with a reliable fade finish.
Such a great disc. It glides so well and with just the right amount of touch it will flip perfectly. I throw this when I need to get around a corner but I dont want it to fall off and roll.
For me this flies a lot like a Buzzz, only with a bit more glide and fade. Excellent disc.
