Project Grip Claymore – One of the more popular understable midranges on the market, the Claymore has a very comfortable feel in the hand. With a beadless, slimmer profile grip, it comes out of the hand easily. The Claymore has a nice turn to it and glides on that line for a while. Great for hyzerflips or long turns, the Claymore is well suited for wooded courses that need pin point accuracy. Make sure you grab a Project Grip Claymore today!
Latitude 64 about the Claymore: “Introducing Project Grip, a revolutionary plastic blend that fuses two premium plastics into one disc. The result? An ultra-grippy surface for unbeatable hand feel paired with a stiff, torque-resistant core. Expect a secure, confident grip and a firm, stable release every time. The Claymore is a neutral-flying midrange designed for control, glide, and versatility. With a smooth release and gentle dome, it holds any line you put it on — straight shots, gentle turnovers, or light hyzers — all with minimal effort. Its stable, glidey flight makes it an excellent choice for beginners through advanced players, offering easy control for finesse throws and enough stability for power shots.”

Took it out on a snowy, 28 degree day with a wind chill of 16. Disc flew fine, maybe a little more overstable than I was expecting, then again, when it gets that cold things may fly differently. Disc was firm, not flexy or soft at all, and the grip was good. Easy to hang on to when snowy and wet, as long as I could still feel my hands. . . Not sure if the price tag is completely justified, but it seems well suited to winter golf and it would make a good disc for a one-disc round.
