Proton Photon
$15.99
Photon – The MVP Photon is one of the workhorse drivers in the MVP lineup. It is fast and pretty overstable without being a meathook. Throwers with power will get the disc to slide to the right for a bit while still getting a reliable fade back to hyzer. All players will see the Photon end on hyzer and should get plenty of forward distance. Thrown by players such as Jeff Faes and Matt Dollar, the Photon is a bomber that can handle power. It is a go to distance driver and great for cycling to get several different flights. Available in a few different plastics you can find the flight and feel you are looking for. The MVP Photon might be the best driver in the MVP lineup.
MVP says this about the disc: “The Photon is best described as a longer Tesla, with power throwers able to achieve some flight extending turn, and all throwers getting a reliable fade. The Photon is naturally headwind resistant but average power throwers can use a headwind to emulate those extended flights of high power throwers.”

If you like stable Wraiths, Photons are fantastic
Beefy but great overstable driver.
The big brother to the Tesla lives up to its reputation
More stable than suggested by flight numbers despite low weight, but probably a matter of arm speed. Mold feels comfortable forehand or backhand.
166 gram proton is my “workable” over stable photon. Little to no flip up out of the box, but not a meat hook. I expect the proton plastic to hold that stability for a long while. Not as much of a bomber as my fission photons, but definitely useful when I don’t want any flip or late turn. Great for flex shots. driving into a stiff headwind will get some turn, but I haven’t had it turn and burn on me. MA2 player throwing 400-420 ft max
This thing scoots! About as overstable as my buddies new cloud breaker, not quite as stable as the halo destroyers.
The best forehand distance driver I have thrown. Can handle all the torque!
Overstable Distance driver. Great feel. Flatter profile than a lot of distance drivers. I would say the flight numbers are accurate may lack the turn a little.
Great disc for backhand and forehand definitely recommend it
