Penrose – EV-7 is one of the newest companies in the game and their first mold is the Penrose! EV-7 went out and signed Drew Gibson who will be putting with it all year. It is a beaded putter that holds dead straight for most of the flight but it has a consistent fade on the green. It is a beaded putter that is a little squared off on the nose. Honestly was just curious since I follow Drew Gibson and wanted to try it out but haven’t gotten much chance yet but it’s pretty good quality.
Most times i make my grip fit comfortable to the disc but the Penrose was the first one that felt comfortable to my grip. It locked in place with no fiddling. Because the grip is so natural Great putts and bad putts have pop and spin with what feels like zero effort. For reference my hand size is Medium Large (golf glove size). Putting Grip: Index finger digit under rim and locks on the micro bead. Thumb extended flat on top and last 3 fingers tips under and extended. Og firm is chalky but very tacky and is stiff. For what its worth i played another putter for 3 years and 2 weeks before a tourney I made the switch to these beauties. I later went on to win my first tourney.
Fantastic, reliable putter. Great feel. Not overly stable, but enough to trust it.
I switched to these at the beginning of the 22 season and never looked backed, small bead flys straight even from circle two and outside that it hyzers great

These putters are a great combination of glide and stability. I was using jk aviars before switching to the Penrose, and I would leave a lot of longer putts short. The penrose’s extra glide has helped me but a lot more long range putts; I highly recommend this putter for those who like beaded putters with a lot of glide.
This is my putting putter. Can spin putt it or play a hyzer. Really great on jump putts.
Best putter out there. Great combination of float and stability. The soft plastic lets you really spin it when needed.
My New putting putter. Was going back and forth between the Roach and the P2 and this one fit right in the middle. Just enough float, just enough stability, the soft plastic is nice too, I can get some spin on the putt when needed.
