P2 – Not so Swirly P-Line – Imperial Eagle 3
Imperial Eagle 3 – The Imperial Eagle 3 P2 is definitely Discmania’s most popular mold of putter. It has a very comfortable beadless feel in the hand. It can be compared closely to Innova’s Aviar. It is a little bit taller that the Aviar but has an almost identical feel in every other regard. A very popular putter with the Discmania pros, Eagle McMahon is the most notable player that putts with the P2, but most all Discmania players throw some version of it. These Tour Series Discs for Eagle are the new swirly P-line variety of the P2. Eagle has become one of the best putters in the game thanks to his trusty Imperial Eagle 3’s. These are really straight, glidey putters that handle torque really well.
Great for both putting and driving off the tee, the Swirly P2 is extremely versatile. When putting this disc is glidey and pretty straight with some finish. Off the tee this disc handles power very well and depending on the plastic has some reliable fade at the end of the flight. Eagle McMahon has been crushing putts around the green with his Imperial Eagle 3. Channel your inner Eagle McMahon with these new Swirly P2’s.

Great feel, great looks, plus it’s a P2!
Perfect throwing putter off the tee or long upshots. Maintains its line even when thrown hard.
As has been said by Zach, if you like the first run of Eagles PP2’s, then you’ll love these.
Firm, but with a little give, it’s the most money run of P2 for 2 years imo.

I really like this putter. Can’t decide if I want to use it for throwing or to replace my Luna as my main putting putter.
I received the exact disc that was in the photo in excellent condition.
That being said, I think this feels less stiff than other Stiff P-line P2s.
Swirl looks very clean with the stamp. Pretty stiff for a putter and doesn’t grip very well. Good plastic for the colder months.
If you liked the IE 1 then you will love this disc. They have a similar shoulder as the IE 1 and very smooth straight glidey flight. The grip is much better than the IE 2s.
