OTB quietly dropping the two best discs releases in YEARS. First the FAF Champion Firebird, which is board flat (I have one that is almost puddle-topped), and now this absolute beaut of an Eagle. This thing is an overstable fairway DREAM!!!
Look, Innova has dropped CFR flat-topped eagles recently, but they aren’t as good as this run. First, they haven’t been as consistently flat-topped as these, and second, the plastic for this couldn’t be better (the CFRs have most recently been Proto Glow which isn’t my favorite as it tends to be somewhat gummy and less overstable).
Unlike the FAF Firebirds, which are more transparent, this run pretty opaque! Basically all of my all-time favorite Champion runs have been cloudy/opaque and stiff like this. This is about as money of a run of Eagles as I could imagine.
