Opto Ice Orbit Ballista

(5 customer reviews)

Opto Ice Orbit Ballista – This disc hit the market with a bang and has stayed one of the more popular Distance Drivers from Latitude 64. New to their lineup in 2014, the Ballista has potential to be the longest flying disc in your bag. With a very high speed and some turn and glide to keep it going, this disc is a boomer for sure! In the Opto Ice Orbit plastic it is some of the coolest plastic in the game mixing feel, looks, performance, and durability into one sick plastic. Make sure you grab a Latitude 64 Opto Ice Orbit Ballista today and throw one of the prettiest distance drivers around.

Latitude 64 says this about the mold: “Tired of choosing between speed and accuracy on the disc golf course? With the Ballista from Latitude 64 you can get the best of two worlds. One of the fastest discs in the world combined with a dependable flight path makes the Ballista a must-have in your bag. It will be overstable for beginners and slightly understable for experienced players. Opto-Ice Orbit Opto-Ice is a clear translucent plastic with great durability. The stiffness falls right in between the qualities of Opto and Opto-X. The fusion of the translucency of Opto-Ice and the Orbit two-color-effect is what makes these discs stunning with an array of colors. No two discs are alike, as each one possesses distinct variations within its design.”

  1. Just love this new orbit Ice plastic. It really stands out. Ballista is a great disc with its sharp edge it cuts through the air. Otb always does it. They truly are the best.

  2. Disc flies perfectly down the pipe

  3. Nice and stable

  4. The plastic looks amazing, feels pretty much identical to regular opto maybe a touch stiffer. Its just slightly more stable than my gold line ballista which is what I was looking for, it goes straight and then reliably comes back.
