Obsidian Discs Cinder
$18.99
Cinder – Obsidian Discs is a Finnish company that makes some solid discs and one of their best molds is the Cinder. It is a great feeling fairway driver that should have enough stability to really rip on but will achieve a relatively straight flight at all speeds. This slot in people’s bags tends to be leaned upon heavily and is perfect for those straight to slightly stable shots. If you want to try a new fairway driver then the Obsidian Discs Cinder is perfect for you.
Obsidian says this about the mold: “Cinder is the more stable model of the fairway drivers by Obsidian Discs. The Cinder excels both in backhand and forehand throws, regardless of the players’ skill levels. As a disc of low speed rating, the Cinder is an easily handled tool for situations requiring precise control. It is suitably overstable to make many kinds of throws possible. Cinder is an exceedingly well gliding disc and with its versatility it meets outstandingly the needs of both the amateur and the professional players.”

Love this plastic. H9 is pretty similar to Kasta K1. Just a little less tacky but still amazing grip. The Cinder flies very similar to a Gstar Teebird or Vapor Instinct or beat-in Star Teebird. The Cinder will be replacing the Teebird in my bag for a while cuz the plastic just feels so damn nice. Let’s see how it breaks in.
