Neutron Reactor – MVP has been shuffling their molds since the end of last year and one of the big changes they are making is revamping their midrange lineup. The newest disc added to the lineup is the Reactor. A somewhat fast feeling mid, it will slot almost in the middle of the MVP lineup. It has enough stability to really have control of where the disc goes. It can be crushed on without fear up turn and burn, it feels great in the hand on both forehand and backhand. The Neutron Reactor should become a staple in the bag of many Gyro throwers.
MVP says this about the new mold: “The newest midrange driver from MVP is here with the release of the Reactor in Neutron plastic. This workhorse mid fits perfectly in the gap between the out of production Vector and Axis. With a modern profile and enhanced GYRO® effect, fans can expect noticeably more glide than the Vector and a tick more stability than the Axis. With that added stability and glide, the Reactor will carve up any fairway you can imagine. Swooping anhyzers? Check. Booming Hyzers? Double check. The first member of MVP’s next generation of midranges, the Reactor is sure to reach critical mass this season.”

great feeling disc, sometimes gives me just a little bit more to play with than a hex
One of my favorite mids to bag. Whether forehand or back hand these freaking rip. This is one of the discs I throw the most from my bag, neutron plastic has been my favorite for this mold so far also.
Good disc for approach
Straight to fade as expected
Not so dumpy as the Matrix, for me it flies straighter and farther with just a small fade at the end.
I just love the feel of the neutron plastic
Good compliment to the Matrix and Hex. Closer in stability to the Hex than the Matrix out of the box.
Worse than a hex imo.
