Luster Invader

(27 customer reviews)

Luster Invader – The new Luster Invader from Innova is one of the best new driving putters there is. It is a disc that can be crushed and it will handle your power while still flying really straight. At lower speeds it will be a disc that pushes forward and flies straight with a nice little fade at the end. It has a small bead that really feels nice in the hand. They are fairly shallow so they are easy to get a clean release on power shots. The Luster plastic feels really good and has a nice grip to it. This run is not the stiffest run of Luster but it is a plastic that has a long life cycle. If you are looking for a straight driving putter that can handle some torque, then try out a Luster Invader.

Innova says this about the mold: “The Invader is one of the best driving and approach putters available. Its flat-top profile features a rounded, small bead rim making it easy to grip-n-rip straight flights. Put torque onto the Invader, it can handle it—backhand and forehand. We’re launching Invader in durable and grippy Luster plastic.”

  4. Otto (verified owner)

For me a forehand approach disc.

  5. Jeff B. (verified owner)

Great putter to have in the bag.

  6. Justin (verified owner)

    Solid approach disc

  7. Geoffrey S. (verified owner)

A putter in a neat plastic from a great store.

  8. Seth Miller (verified owner)

Although I ordered a very flat disc, the disc I received had a puddle top. Big bummer:(

  9. Anonymous (verified owner)

    It’s alright. Not my favorite.

  10. Tyler Winston (verified owner)

The Invader flies well, but the rim is very thick (thicker than a Pig). I personally like a thinner rim since those are easier for me to throw forehands cleanly. If you don’t mind a thick rim, give this disc a try!
