1. Latitude 64 Sapphire – The Sapphire is the newest disc in the easy to throw lineup from Latitude 64. The mold is meant to be a faster Diamond with a touch more stability. The disc was designed to be a high speed driver for those with slower arms and it fits nicely in the easy-to-use line that Latitude has. The Sapphire is going to get turn but it has more stability than a Diamond so it won’t turn and burn quite like a Diamond would. Now the Sapphire is available as a stock disc in both Opto and Gold line plastic. You can find the perfect feel and flight for yourself with these two plastics.

Here is what Tomas Ekström, disc designer, has to say about the mold: “When I designed the Sapphire I had three main goals in my mind. The first was to make a faster Diamond which can go longer and be a natural step up for the Diamond fans. The second was to achieve a rim that was easy to grip with a shallow feel, even if it’s wider than the Diamond. The third goal was to achieve a step up in stability, because I think all Diamond fans would love to have a faster driver with a bit less high speed turn.”
