First Run K1 Vass

(11 customer reviews)

First Run K1 Vass – With the Grym being discontinued, Kastaplast had a hole in their lineup. Enter the Vass. A fast and neutral flying distance driver that gets a touch of turn and a touch of fade. This is a disc that can be used by all skill levels. With a very neutral flight path, you can shape the Vass on a lot of different shot shapes. It is a fantastic distance driver to be the main disc in your bag that you reach for anytime you are on the tee. The K1 plastic feels amazing as always and has tons of durability. Make sure you test out a First Run K1 Vass today!

Kastaplast says this about the distance driver: “Just as the late Grym the Vass is made for long and smooth S-curves and tailwind bombs. It’s a workable big distance driver for the common player, or a turnover hang glider for the bigger arms. The 22 mm rim combined with the smooth Kastaplast plastic guarantee a comfortable grip, and the sharp profile and fast flight will give you a cutting edge on the long fairways. The Vass is a great disc for shaping lines into the distance but stay away from the Common Reed.”

  1. GREAT DISC

  2. Idk how kasta does, feels great, flies straight with the right amount of fade. Perfect. Try the lots and falk!

  3. Not as flippy as I expected

  4. The Vass has some what less high speed stability than a destroyer while maintaining the reliable fade at the end. It’s easier to throw well even if it is a touch less head wind resistant. I love it, it helped me smooth out my flick and now I throw all my other discs better.

  5. Very good disc. Love the color

  6. fantastic disc

  7. Great driver for my arm speed

  8. Loving this run. OTB is the best.

  9. Wraith-like, maybe a bit more of an S shape? (more turn and finishing fade..)

  10. Vass = Bad*ss Bomber. This thing goes and doesn’t quit. Comes out smooth and just pushes. Easy choice for tailwind and downhill distance shots. I found the first run to be more stable than the stock run even at lighter weight. So I am bagging both. OTB rocks!
