Jokeri

(11 customer reviews)

Jokeri – Prodiscus is the very first Finnish disc golf company!! They make high quality discs and the Jokeri is their most popular disc. It is a great feeling approach disc that sits comfortably in the hand both backhand and forehand. This mold is a nice overstable putter mold that can handle forehand and backhand power well. It is a disc that you can trust in most weather conditions to hyzer reliably. The beadless feel on the Jokeri is really great and will result in a clean release every time. This is a slightly deeper putter for what it is and has a very flat to slightly puddle topped flight plate. The Jokeri is great and has the ability to become an extremely important disc in your bag. Grab one of these gorgeous discs today!!!

Prodiscus says this about their plastics: “Prodiscus use high quality and most durable plastic to great the best disc golf discs for you. These plastic types are Basic, Premium and Ultrium. Line up on discs has always been simple. My idea was to greate just the amount of discs needed for the game. In past years I have added some easy throwing discs to the lineup. These are good for younger players and beginners.”

  1. Love this disc, excellent approach putter.

  2. Get this disc. Straight to overstable approach putter. Super comfortable in the hand and good glide. Reliable 100%

  3. This plastic is very grippy. As different as it is from the Ultrium plastic it is still just as amazing.

  4. Very good upshot disc

  5. Long overshadowed by the Envy (among many other excellent throwing putters), the Jokeri still celebrated a well-deserved decade of being in my bag.

The 10th-Anniversary Run is excellent. They returned to the “first run” blend of the Basic plastic. It’s noticeable. A bit more OS, too.

But, I’m here to tell you about the Premium Jokeri. It’s not slow. It’s more of a midrange. So, if you get into those arguments as to whether the Zone is a putter or mid, same deal here!

It’s not as OS as the Z Zone. It’s not supposed to be that way, though. It’s longer and straighter. It CAN hold up to torque (all plastics do that for the Jokeri but regular Basic is the most sensitive).

I use it for approaches that are shorter than a Gator/Mortar but longer than a Wizard, Envy, etc.

So, it’s not a Zone. But, it can be a wonderful option for those looking for Harp-like stability in a lower-profile mold.

    Board flat, reliable…

  6. Really dope disc

  7. Bought it to a buddy. He loves it.

  8. Very flat but a bit deep, I tend to grip lock this disc when thrown hard. Great for fan grip approach shots.

  9. Ultrium is the best plastic. This disc is an overstable forehand approach that i felt very in tune with right away. Very controllable on forehand anhyzer and has enough glide to cover most approaches so it is very useful. It just feels very comfortable and forgiving. You can feel the plastic eating up the torque.. The fade is reliable but the angle is shallow and sweeps more than zone, which this disc feels like a clone of otherwise. I use a prodigy a3 for a steep fade/dive angle on approaches and this to have more of a lateral swoop. I also do a right angle sky hook anhyzer to get my righty forehand around obstacles and to the left. And off the tee forehands for short holes. It is really a versatile disc and could easily play a whole round with it as it also putts cleanly.

  10. This disc is probably less overstable than a zone or a harp, as well as being a little deeper, but it’s a great disc for approaches, it just sits wherever I put it. Great off the tee as well for backhand or forehand if you don’t mind the depth.
