InnVision Star Firebird – One of the best molds ever, in our humble opinion! The Star Firebird is one of most revered discs in the history of Innova. A longtime favorite of many Innova players, this disc is such a useable disc for players. If you live somewhere windy like we do, then you need one in your bag. It can fight headwinds with the best of the discs and feels amazing in the hand. One of the best feeling discs in the Innova lineup, the Star Firebird is a disc that is great for big spike hyzers and low skip shots. The rim feels great and fits comfortably in the hand, these 9 speeds are thrown by tons of pro players as their main overstable fairway. Grab an InnVision Star Firebird today!
Innova says this about the mold: “The Firebird’s combination of superior speed and stability make it possible to throw drives into the wind with confidence. An excellent disc for throwing long range flex shots. A favorite of sidearm and overhead throwers, too. This disc is designed for professional level players.”

Great driver with cool art.
Excellent
Bought for a friend and he loved
Pure. Pretty. Beef.
This was purchased for a wall hanger or to throw depending how good it looks. It is on the wall and my NS22 glow firebird is in my bag.
Typical Star Firebird. Very beefy flight with good ground action. The InnVision graphics look great!
The original over stable fairway driver. Beefy
Sick stamp for a forehand staple
Holds a line for a while and then breaks to a hard fade. Slight under stability with a lot of snap.
This Firebird, while awesome looking, is shockingly unstable. I was looking for a Firebird to slot in between my Halo Firebird and G Star Thunderbird, but this thing is even less stable than the Thunderbird! It does not handle forehand torque well and even has a decent amount of high speed turn on backhand when thrown flat. It does fade out fairly well at the end, but it doesn’t have a very straight flight. It does however have a ton of glide for the mold and is a good flier in general but it is simply not what I expected. If you are looking for an S line shaping Firebird with a fairly overstable finish, look no further.
