Origio Burst Harp

Origio Burst Harp – The Harp is one of the best discs on the market (in our humble opinion)!!! It is a very reliable Overstable putter. The Harp has a very comfortable beadless grip and finds a nice overstable flight without a thumbtrac type feel that many OS putters rely on. It is a perfect disc for slightly overstable approaches and straight to stable flights on power forehands and backhands. Thrown by both Aaron and Danny at OTB, they will harp on you until you start throwing the Burst Harp. It is one of the staples in the bag of forehand dominant players, thanks to its flat profile and how much torque resistance it has. It holds up very well for both forehands and backhands. Westside Discs says this about the mold: “The Harp is our most reliable approach disc. Designed to withstand any type of condition. It will hold in the wind. For professional players, this could be their only approach disc they will need to carry as it can hold anyone’s arm speed and still hyzer. For slower arm speeds, it will be your most overstable approach disc…A music event from Finnish national epic Kalevala. The picture was drawn by Arto Hoffrén year 2013. I like this disc a lot, but my releases on forehand aren’t quite as consistent– for me — as the disc (Jarn) that earned the spot in my bag.
Pretty durable for baseline and beefier than a Zone. Will beat in nice.
Stable and predictable, it doesn’t fade as hard as my A2 but it doesn’t roll away as much either. I don’t expect this plastic to stand up to much abuse, so I tend to use this disc for short upshots on grassy courses. I even putt with it on windy days and it’s worked really well for me.
BT harps are money — just watch Ricky throw them. It’s not my favorite forehand disc in terms of the feel of the bead and the added depth compared to some other discs in this category, but that is just personal preference.
The Finnish zone. She’s good
The plastic is a little soft for my liking. Flys straight
Great disc. Flies pretty stable at first. Find myself alternating between this and a Zone often. Great option if you’re looking for that flight path but with a bead.
Beats in very nicely to be torque resistant with a straight finish.
Harps are great! Great service!
