Halloween Bravo Glow Mad Cat
$20.99
Halloween Glow Mad Cat – The perfect combination of distance and control, the 9 speed from Lone Star Discs is a great flyer. Overstable enough to pinpoint those overstable hyzer shots but straight enough to carry some distance first. It is a disc that is meant for more experienced players but it can be useful for a variety of skill levels. Lone Star Discs has some quality plastic and some great molds plus the Glow feels amazing. The Halloween Glow Mad Cat is the perfect stamp on an already well loved disc!
Lone Star Discs says this about the mold: “The Mad Cat is an overstable fairway driver. It has a slim, flat, profile that makes it great for forehand throws, headwinds, and/or power throws.”

The glow is great, and I really dig the stamp. The flight is somewhere between my Feedback and Sexton Firebird.
Unfortunately the Bravo plastic is too soft for my preference, especially as a forehand disc which I was hoping to use it for. It also has a sharper edge on the wing that makes it a little uncomfortable for my forehand grip.
I was hoping for a glow forehand disc but I think I may have to look elsewhere. If I were going to backhand it neither the softness nor the hand feel would bother me.
Fun Halloween release from Lone Star. I have a couple of Mad Cats as a very overstable forehand specific disc and they are great. I don’t get a ton of distance out of it but it is always reliable to fight wind and fade like I want it to.
They need to make glow plastic less gummy. Too soft.
