Deuces Wild Glow JK Pro Aviar
$14.99
Deuces Wild Glow JK Pro Aviar – The JK Pro Aviar-X has long been a go-to for those who prefer a more gummy feeling putter. The JK Aviar is the Aviar-X variety and it has a big bead and features gummy pro plastic for a comfy feel in the hand. The JK stands for Juliana Korver, 5x World Champion, and she loves this tacky, soft plastic on a big bead Aviar. They are great both off the the and in the circle and beat in to flippy drivers. Perfect for the same feel and covering lots of shot types.
Here is what Innova says about the disc: “The JK (Juliana Korver) Aviar is made from the driver mold in a special blend of durable Pro-line Plastic that is more flexible and grippier than the other Aviar models. It has the same flight characteristics as the KC Aviar. Its softer plastic is better in colder climates and for those who have dry hands and require a tackier grip.”

I’m using these for putting, not really throwing. I like a medium-depth beaded putter in softer plastic, so this fits the bill nicely. I also like matching pairs in light colored plastics, so I was happy when this run hit OTB! The glow is nothing special, but I think that’s expected in base plastic. As far as flight for putting, they are very straight, even in C2, which I like. I threw them a couple times in a field out of curiosity and found they had good glide, but I prefer something shallower for throwing, since it’s hard for me to power grip a putter this deep.
