Millennium says this about the mold: “The Omega Big Bead features a large bead around the rim which offers a little bit more fade than the ‘beadless’ or small “micro” bead that is featured on the original. The larger bead provides great support for your finger when throwing. This Big Bead Omega was originally released as limited edition variations of the original Omega. Due to popularity, it was given a permanent place in our line-up, April of 2013. The Omega Big Bead is available in SuperSoft, Millennium Standard and ET plastic…The ET Omega Big Bead has an extra tacky grip, providing a confident grip in all weather conditions. Love my ET Big Bead-Os! They fit right in among my Aviars, just a little bigger in the hand than a P&A, not as deep as a P2. ET plastic is more rugged than dx but not as slick as KC pro, so this disc makes both a great putting putter but also a fine, slightly overstable approach disc.
Good feel. Like a grippy kc pro. Don’t use it a bunch but feels better than some of the XT plastic I’ve felt from innova. Innova doesn’t seem to be making big beads in other plastics other than kc, jk, or yeti so i like that they’re doing it through Millennium.
