Elasto Warship
Elasto Warship – The Warship is a great feeling midrange that can be thrown on tons of different lines with confidence. It is a fairly straight disc that will get a little bit of turn and a ton of glide. The Elasto plastic is amazing and is very gummy. It is perfect for all those that live in colder areas where discs get very stiff in the winter. Make sure you pick up a Elasto Warship today!
Westside Discs says this about the mold: “The Warship is our answer to the everyday players need for a midrange. Designed to be user friendly for all levels it holds a straight line and feels great in the hand. For faster arm speeds it will fly straight and will be very controllable. For lower arm speeds it will hold a straight line and finish to the left for right handed players and right for left handed players. The Westside Warship has a great float and flight and is our fastest midrange in our line.”

I am a huge fan of Elasto plastic. It is superb – grippy in wet and cold conditions and it also minimizes ground play allowing the disc to sit in the circle and not skip out. I’m also a new fan of the Warship disc. It is a straight glidey mid range that can take a power grip and flip up the flat for a long straight ride with a very slight fade at the finish. Drop your Buzzz and try this.
Very understable fairway driver. Flies a long way. Thrown on a hyzer, it will flip to flat, then turn and keep turning. Nice for turnover lines in the woods.
I love the elasto plastic! Nice and grippy and it stays that way at lower temperatures. I find it easy to throw and it reliably gives me a nice straight flight, sometimes with just a bit of fade.
So gummy
This plastic is really tacky and super bendy, it feels amazing! wish they offered more discs in it!! The Warship is also a great mold, in the hand feels like a mix between a buzzz and a hex, but has a bit of a bead that really makes it feel like it’s easier to get that rip or snap, but this is probably a matter of personal taste and your grip.
dunno if it’s the soft plastic or the mold but it’s a little more stable than I expected. (This is good, meaning I don’t flip it over like I sometimes do the MD1)
A little more overstable than I was expecting (that might be the plastic). But great feel, similar to VIP but with added flexibility. I’m sure in warmer climates the plastic will wear down to tacky and flexy
