Divergent Kraken
Divergent Kraken – Divergent Discs first few molds are great for beginners but can be thrown by players of all skill levels. The Divergent Kraken is a very neutral flying fairway driver that players of all skill levels can use. The disc is very straight but can worked on both hyzers and anhyzers. The slow fairway driver can get a touch of flip but it is super glidey and wants to push forward down the fairway. SImilar to an Innova Leopard3, this is a perfect disc for beginners and more experienced players. When thrown hard, the disc will flip up and ride to the right(RHBH) for a bit, before gently fading back into the center of the fairway. Grab a Divergent Kraken today!

This straight flyer will provide excellent glide, control and distance for the recreational disc golfer. Even experienced players will enjoy the straight flight of the Kraken for controlled shots. Compared with some of the major brands, this driver is similar to the Innova Leopard or Latitude 64 River.”

Five stars just for the fantastic plastic alone. Divergent hit it out of the park with this Max Grip plastic – kind of like a slightly grippier Opto blend (at DX prices). Flies like a Leopard with lots of glide. Really happy with this disc – came back to buy another.
I know it’s made for the beginner player, but this is a versatile disc. Easy hyper flip disc for the intermediate arm. Thrown flat it takes a smooth anhyzer flight with a slight fade at the end. Plastic is pretty stiff but the grip is good.
