Neo Essence
$18.99
Discmania Essence – The Evolution lineup from Discmania has added a bunch of new molds to their already impressive lineup. The newest addition to the lineup, the Discmania Essence, is a super glidey 8 speed that can really go far. The Neo Essence is a great hyzer flip disc for those with bigger arms. The Neo plastic is one of the most durable plastics around and has a great grip to it. If you are a fan of other Discmania fairways, the Essence slots right in between the FD and CD2. It is on the flippier side of fairway drivers but is controllable and not insanely understable. If you want a slightly longer FD that has a ton of glide, then grab one of these bad mamma jammas today.
Discmania says this about the mold: “The Essence is the do-it-all fairway driver in the Evolution line up. Let’s compare it to something you’re all familiar with, shall we? The closest relative to the Essence as it stands now is the TD2 from the Originals line. We’ve repurposed, reimagined, and reinvented our goals for an understable fairway driver and have done exactly that. Given the understable nature of the Essence, this disc is best suited for players looking for their first distance driver, backhand or smooth forehand throws, tailwinds, and excellent roller shots. Although beginner and novice throwers are recommended, we expect many pros out there will take a liking to this disc quickly. The rounded semi-blunt nose of the disc allows for fantastic roller shots and controlled backhand or forehand throws when you need it most. If you find yourself on a technical hole out on the links, you’ll reach for the Essence!”

Great
Nice plastic and handfeel, haven’t had enough chances to throw yet to truly determine its stability but seems to be a pretty straight flyer with a nice 6 flight rather than fully turning over
Feels great, neo plastic anything is amazing.
Excellent US fairway driver. Beats in to a perfect hyzer flip to turn / turn over / roller disc. Super versatile and neo plastic is under rated.
Works well with a forehand too
Solid enough disc. It’s a lot more flippy than I thought it was going to be.
Would anyone compare this to an S-lint TD? Or is this disc more on the form side?
Maybe there’s a Reddit form.
A very good disc to buy
Bomber control driver for moderate arm speeds.
good U.S. disc
