These are definetly glow. I just confirmed it. You have to charge up most glow discs.
I expected it to be glow in the dark since it says it’s moonshine plastic, but that is not the case. Not sure if I’m missing something but there’s nothing moonshine about this disc. It is a harp however but I could have gotten any harp….
