Locust – AGL keeps on adding to their lineup and this time they have a sweet 9 speed that can be used in a ton of ways. The Locust is a disc that can handle power but is not an overstable disc. This disc has a comfortable hand feel and slots nicely in the AGL lineup. These are the perfect control driver to add to your lineup to get distance and stay in the fairway. Grab one of these sick discs today!

AGL says this about the Locust: “The AGL Discs Locust, the newest addition to our lineup, is an overstable distance driver. The Locust fits in perfectly between our speed 7 fairway driver, the Sycamore, and our speed 11 distance driver, the Cedar. This disc sports flight numbers of 9/4/-1/3 which makes this disc a very versatile distance driver. The low glide and -1 turn mean this disc can stand up to even the most extreme headwinds and still fly true. The Locust also provides that consistent and predictable left to right finish that can make all the difference when lining up a long drive. Whether you are looking for that perfectly placed overstable drive, or just need more confidence in your wind game the Locust will be sure to take your distance game Above Ground Level.”

  1. Underrated disc, reliably OS but can still get some great flex lines out of it. The plastic is also great, AGL makes some awesome discs.

  2. Amazing control driver with the right amount of fade. You won’t be disappointed!

  3. Quick delivery!

  4. Ok

  5. Reliable headwind fairway. Plastic feels great but a little extra flashing that needed to wear off.

  6. One of the most versatile discs in my bag today and one of my favorite to throw. Can be used for backhand, forehand, or overhand and full flight can consistently vcrack 350′.

I bag 3 in different weights and domeyness, with flat for overhand, light for long S shots/anny, and domey max weight for straight/hyzer shots backhand and forehand.

  7. The locust is what I wanted when searching for a stable fairway driver. Feels great in the hand, not to deep or thin. When thrown flat it stays flat maybe a hint of turn to the right and then starts a great gradual fade for the rest of the flight. I have found a lot of other discs in this range have a more dumping fade, I use a firebird or FL if I need a dumping fade. The locust will help you where you need that more gradual fade, long anny throws that fight out slower, or those tricky corners a couple hundred feet off the tee. It kicked the Anax and thunderbirds out of the bag for me as a more usuable disc.

  8. me and my friend started calling it the glidey firebird. Great overstable disc with a nice amount of glide. Does great in headwinds. I use it for high over the top thumbers as well. Great disc
