Invictus
$11.99 – $17.99
Invictus – A brand new disc from Innova, the Invictus is an overstable distance driver similar to the Innova Firebird but longer. It has a really good feel and the first batch of these came out swirly!!! The disc feels really good in the hand and will handle all of the power you can put on it. It is great for forehands and big hyzers and will fight every headwind you find. When powered down it will be a disc that hyzers reliably throughout its flight. At higher speeds the Innova Invictus gets some forward push before hyzering reliably every time. It is a disc that you can really crush and have faith in the entire flight. It is great to bag along side the Firebird to give you a mix of flights for the overstable slot in your bag. Now available in both Star and Champion plastic!
Innova says this about the mold: “Invictus. It’s Latin for “unconquered.” Garrett Gurthie, Innova Star Team athlete, says of the Invictus, “If you think you have the power, you need this disc.” Thrown with moderate power Invictus has significant fade the entire flight and tackles the wind with ease. Pros refer to it as a “faster Firebird.””

Longer floatier firebird
great disc good feel and reliable flight
The champion Invictus is the embodiment of anger. You can try to force it over, but it flies kind of like a more glidey Tilt. When I need to throw into a raging headwind, or hyzer flick over a long water carry, or weave around trees in a 350′ forced turnover with a strong finish, there is only the Invictus.
Sharp lip, too deep for my liking
When it absolutely positively needs to start fading directly out of your hand, pick an Invictus. Seriously. These discs are so crazy overstable it’s like throwing a slightly less stable Tilt, which flies like a really pretty garbage can lid (and I love them for it). The Invictus can be used for forced anhyzer flex lines in woods, etc. Definitely not a main driver for most mortals, but a great utility disc for the rest of us.
This is a good, straight flying forehand disc
Awesome disc, exactly what I ordered. OTB kills it every time!
Sexy
Like the description said, it is like a faster Firebird. The underside of the rim is a little sharp as it comes off the hand. Personally, I just lightly sanded the bottom for smoother, less “finger-cutty”, releases. Overall, still stable but not as stable as the Firebird.
Perfect! As described!
