Garrett Gurthie Halo Glow Champion Sonic – One of the most interesting discs on the market today. The Sonic has the feel of an old school fastback Frisbee™. Very slow, with a Speed of 1, and very understable with a Turn of -4, the Sonic is ready to navigate some lines that not many discs are capable of. Garrett Gurthie throws these quite well on upshots and long putts that need to sit near the basket once they hit the ground. The Halo Glow Champion plastic has the great look of Glow Halo and the consistency and durability of a Champion plastic. Make sure you grab a Halo Glow Champion Sonic today!
Innova says this about the mold: “As a putter, the Sonic has a nice straight flight and sticks well in the chains. The Sonic also makes a versatile short range approach and escape disc when thrown sidearm or backhand. For longer approaches, it has a slow predictable turn and likes to land flat for very few roll-aways. This disc is very beginner friendly.”
Pretty touchy honestly; seems too stable when thrown softly, but burns over HARD if thrown with torque. I come from ultimate so I was excited that this might fly more like an Ultra-Star… but no such luck for me.

Seems even flippier than in dx plastic, but it looks cool and it goes!
