Lone Howl 3 – The PD from Discmania is one of the best discs around, especially for power players. Colten Montgomery loves the Lone Howl version of the PD for long approaches that need distance and control. The Colten Montgomery Lone Howl 3 comes in the great feeling Metal Flake C-Line plastic that is both durable and grippy. This run comes with a mostly flat profile and makes for a perfect forehand disc that many players can throw. You can help support Colten Montgomery and grab a Metal Flake C-Line PD Lone Howl 3 today!
Discmania says this about the mold: “Colten Montgomery’s Lone Howl gains a shiny metal flake flair and returns for a third helping in the form of Lone Howl 3. The triad of wolves pictured on this design pay tribute to the original version released back in 2019 This is the first ever PD released in our new metal flake plastic and it did not disappoint! Flat and durable with grippy C-Line plastic to give it that extra “bite”. Compared to the current reinvented runs of PD produced so far, the Lone Howl sits happily in the middle between C-Line and the recent straighter flying Nordic Phenom. “

Definitely straighter than my sline pd. Great feeling plastic
What I would expect from a c-line PD. Over stable
Super interesting run of PD. Mildly domey, grippiness of the metal flake C-Line is great. Flies closer to what I would expect of an Orc (-1 3). I think I like it??? Time will tell.
This is the perfect compliment to the Nordic Phenom. With less glide and more over stability I use it for predictable forehand shots. Metal flake plastic has nice grip as well.
Looks and feels great
Great overstable power disc!
Best version by far, glidy!
Definitely would slot these between the domey stock C-Line PD’s and the Nordic Phenom’s in terms of stability. And in my opinion, less stable than the previous Lone Howl 2’s. Great disc and nothing but good things to say about OTB!
Love it, looks phenomenal in hand!
Great feel and flight. I’m very confident when I let it rip.
