Kaxe Z
$18.99 – $24.99
Kaxe Z – A fast, 6 speed midrange from Kastaplast. It has the feel of a midrange but with a more aggressive wing, that allows for fast speeds while still being really controllable. Very similar to it’s close relative the Kaxe, the Kaxe Z is straighter than the overstable counterpart. It is a beadless version of the Kaxe making it good for straight midrange/fairway shots that feels good both forehand and backhand. Available in all the plastics Kastaplast has to offer, you can slide a variety of different shots into your bag with just one mold. Control and versatility all in one disc, it is a true disc golf hybrid midrange/fairway.

Less overstable than the original Kaxe. More dome, too. It’s a 4.5 star for me but we’ll round that up.
The dome makes forehanding this disc a little more uncomfortable. That said, this sucker glides forever. Just don’t go at it with full power on a forehand. 80% for me and it pops up to flat from hyzer and coasts.

More dome than expected also, when I ordered them I was shopping under “kaxe”. I’ve been trying to work them in my bag because they are so pretty. But the extra glide make them less desirable for the spot I was trying to fill in my bag.

A great straight to slightly OS mid for folks without huge arms. I’m pairing a K3 version with this K1 version to cover a variety of shots!

Love the disc. Haven’t thrown it yet but feels great and arrived quickly. Love kasta plastics!

plastic feels great. like the disc, but I have not found a huge amount of uses for it on the courses I’ve been playing yet

Hawwwtest pink. K1 plastic is the gravy and I’m liking the lighter weight. This disc feels great in the hand and is deceivingly fast.

More domey than I like so for backhands only, nice “tweener” – at 6 speed
